Meet Helena Wu, DDS

I was originally born in New York City, but I’ve lived in El Paso since the age of 11 and I’ve gone to elementary, middle, and high school here ever since. After graduating from Silva Health Magnet back in 2015, I went to the University of Texas: San Antonio (UTSA) for my undergraduate studies where I was accepted into the Dental Early Acceptance Program and graduated from UT Health San Antonio School of Dentistry in 2022. I completed a one year hospital residency in Albuquerque before heading back to El Paso.

I currently have two dogs: Mimi, a thirteen year old Pomeranian, and Lune, a one year old poodle. My favorite activities are reading at home, eating (practically anything except pickles), and skiing during the winter holidays. My favorite book? All the Light We Cannot See by Anthony Doerr.​
